HQueue Service Packs
A simple one-year extended warranty. An HQueue service pack offers next business day break/fix service on covered printers, including labor and parts. Service is provided by a nation-wide network of authorized service professionals.
HQueue Lite
A simple toner-only solution. HQueue Lite provides monitoring, toner alerts and automatic toner fulfillment. It does not include service or parts. Lite contracts are available in one-year and three-year terms. HQueue Lite is designed for customers using about 3 toners per month or print a minimum of 15,000 pages per month. This solution is billed monthly at a cost-per-page rate and bills for actual pages printed.
HQueue Small Business
Is as simple as managed print can get. Simple to transact, this sku based solution includes all components, printer monitoring, supplies, parts and labor into one low cost per printer. HQueue Small Business is ideal in an environment that prints less than 50,000 pages per month (less than about 10 toners per month).
HQueue Enterprise
A complete managed print solution for complex printing environments. HQueue Enterprise offers a comprehensive printer fleet evaluation and rationalization. It also includes monitoring and alerts, automated toner fulfillment, service – including parts and labor, and robust reporting capabilities. HQueue Enterprise is billed in a blended cost-per-page rate and is ideal for environments that print more than 50,000 pages per month (more than 10 toners per month).
